experienced In-House Property Manager
to join our team and provide high-quality property management services for our clients.Key Responsibilities
Rental Management
: Oversee tenant move-ins and move-outs, rent collection, and lease administrationClient Communication
: Act as the primary point of contact between landlords and tenants, addressing concerns and inquiriesProperty Maintenance
: Coordinate repairs, inspections, and ongoing maintenance to ensure properties are well-maintainedMarket Analysis
: Monitor rental market trends and optimize pricing strategiesLegal Compliance
: Ensure lease agreements comply with BC's Residential Tenancy Act (RTB)Conflict Resolution
: Handle tenant complaints and disputes, and liaise with the RTB as neededQualifications

BC Property Management License
(Required)?
1+ years of property management experience
(Luxury property experience is a plus)? Strong knowledge of
BC rental laws and RTB regulations
? Excellent
customer service and communication skills
? Ability to
handle issues independently
and resolve conflicts effectively? Proficiency in
property management software and basic computer skills
(BASE + Commission Based)
