In House Legal Counsel
Job Description
4 - 7 years | Calgary
Our client is the Canadian arm of an international organization, and their General Counsel is now looking for a 4 - 7 year lawyer for the legal team.
This is a generalist in-house position where you'll he assisting across a broad spectrum of legal and business matters. Having said that, they are looking for a lawyer with a broad corporate law oil & gas background, or specific experience in commodities or oil & gas trading.
You will need to have previous in-house experience already. Any prior exposure to Master agreements, compliance work, cargo issues, or the crude oil industry would be well-regarded.
