Job Summary:

We are seeking full time dedicated and polished Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to provide top-tier care and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional personal care and assistance with daily living activities while maintaining an elevated level of professionalism, poise, and client-focused service. This role requires technical proficiency in caregiving and a commitment to creating a seamless, dignified, and luxurious care experience tailored to each client's preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate, high-quality assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility support, and medication reminders, customized to each client's needs. Anticipate client needs and deliver care with exceptional attention to detail, warmth, and respect, ensuring a superior service experience. Foster meaningful connections through engaging conversation and activities that align with clients' interests, promoting emotional and social well-being. Perform light housekeeping tasks (e.g., tidying, meal preparation, laundry) with meticulous care to maintain a pristine, comfortable environment. Uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism, respecting the privacy and dignity of clients and their families. Communicate clearly with the Care Manager, documenting client progress, preferences, and concerns accurately and promptly.

Requirements

Previous experience in home care, nursing homes, or senior care settings is preferred. Knowledge of dementia care practices is a plus. This training will be provided. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families. Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others. Ability to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving, including lifting and assisting clients as needed. A clear vulnerable sector screen. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.50-$27.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
