Looking for New and Experienced In-Ground Swimming Pool Labourer

We are seeking a skilled In-Ground Swimming Pool Labourer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work alongside our construction team, working to install all our new inground swimming pool projects. Assist with excavating, digging, and levelling the ground where the pool will be installed. You will play a vital role in guaranteeing client satisfaction and ensuring the installation is done in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- General knowledge of construction practices and willingness to learn about pool building processes. Previous construction or pool-related experience is a plus.

- Able to perform general manual labour tasks on a pool construction site

- Experience with an excavator or skid steer is a benefit

- Setting proper grades with a laser level

- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, equipment, and supplies to and from the work site.

- Help set up forms for concrete and assist with mixing, pouring, and spreading concrete and other aggregates

- Assist with the assembly and installation of pool wall panels and structural components.

- Follow directions from supervisors and work effectively with other crew members to complete project tasks in a timely manner.

- Must be able to lift heavy materials, often 50 pounds or more.

- Ensuring safety and site cleanliness

- Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining professional communication with clients at all times.

- Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations to provide a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in pool construction or a related field is preferred.

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

- Strong customer service and communication skills.

- Physical capacity to perform manual labour and work in varying weather conditions.

- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Pay: $16.00-$30.00 per hour
