• Assurer le leadership \xc3\xa9lectrique en tant qu\'ing\xc3\xa9nieur \xc3\xa9lectrique principal sur des projets de petite \xc3\xa0 moyenne envergure dans des secteurs industriels tels que la p\xc3\xa2te et le papier, le traitement des eaux us\xc3\xa9es et la production d\'\xc3\xa9nergie.

• Servir de liaison \xc3\xa9lectrique d\'AFRY avec le client.

• Participer aux r\xc3\xa9unions de r\xc3\xa9vision d\'ing\xc3\xa9nierie avec l\'\xc3\xa9quipe de projet d\'AFRY et assister \xc3\xa0 des r\xc3\xa9unions de r\xc3\xa9vision s\xc3\xa9par\xc3\xa9es avec le client.

• R\xc3\xa9aliser des t\xc3\xa2ches d\'ing\xc3\xa9nierie \xc3\xa9lectrique et de conception. Attribuer des travaux et fournir des orientations aux ing\xc3\xa9nieurs juniors et interm\xc3\xa9diaires.

• Poss\xc3\xa9der une tr\xc3\xa8s bonne connaissance de tous les aspects de la conception \xc3\xa9lectrique. D\xc3\xa9velopper des sch\xc3\xa9mas unifilaires, des plans de mise \xc3\xa0 la terre et des d\xc3\xa9tails, des dispositions et des commandes des CCM MV et LV, des listes de c\xc3\xa2bles (dimensionnement des c\xc3\xa2bles et conducteurs), des dispositions de panneaux de contr\xc3\xb4le, des sch\xc3\xa9mas de puissance et de contr\xc3\xb4le des moteurs, des listes de terminaisons, des sch\xc3\xa9mas de c\xc3\xa2blage d\'interconnexion, des syst\xc3\xa8mes UPS et de secours d\'urgence.

• D\xc3\xa9terminer les ampacit\xc3\xa9s de dimensionnement des c\xc3\xa2bles d\'alimentation haute, moyenne et basse tension, les facteurs de d\xc3\xa9classement et les calculs de chute de tension, d\xc3\xa9terminer la protection des moteurs et la protection des \xc3\xa9quipements.

• Pr\xc3\xa9parer des sp\xc3\xa9cifications d\'\xc3\xa9quipements \xc3\xa9lectriques, analyser les offres des fournisseurs d\'\xc3\xa9quipements \xc3\xa9lectriques et faire des recommandations.

• Revoir et commenter les dessins des \xc3\xa9quipements fournis par les vendeurs.

• Revoir les normes d\'installation \xc3\xa9lectrique pour les installations sp\xc3\xa9cifiques au projet. En d\xc3\xa9velopper de nouvelles si n\xc3\xa9cessaire.

• Approuver et tamponner les dessins \xc3\xa9lectriques r\xc3\xa9alis\xc3\xa9s par le candidat et les dessins r\xc3\xa9alis\xc3\xa9s par d\'autres sous la supervision du candidat.

• R\xc3\xa9aliser des calculs \xc3\xa9lectriques et avoir une compr\xc3\xa9hension des \xc3\xa9tudes de puissance \xc3\xa9lectrique serait un atout.

• D\xc3\xa9velopper des dessins d\'am\xc3\xa9nagement physique des salles \xc3\xa9lectriques, des salles de transformateurs et des sous-stations ext\xc3\xa9rieures.

• Coordonner la conception avec d\'autres disciplines d\'ing\xc3\xa9nierie (tuyauterie, m\xc3\xa9canique, structure, instrumentation) pour la r\xc3\xa9ussite des projets.

• Provide electrical leadership as Lead electrical engineer on small to medium size projects in industrial sectors such as Pulp & Paper, Waste Water Treatment, Power Generation.
• Serve as AFRY\'s electrical liaison with the Client
• Attend engineering review meetings with AFRY\'s Project team and attend separate review meetings with the Client.
• Complete electrical engineering and design tasks and p. Provide Assign work and provide guidance to junior and intermediate engineers.
• Possess very good knowledge of all aspects of electrical design. Develop single line diagrams, grounding plans and details, MV & LV MCC layouts and controls, cable schedules (cable, conductor sizing), control panel layouts, motor power and control schematics and field wiring, termination list, interconnection wiring diagrams, UPS and emergency back-up systems.
• Determine high, medium, and low voltage feeder cable sizing ampacities based, de-rating factors and voltage drop calculations, determine motor protection and equipment protection.
• Prepare electrical equipment specifications, do Bid Analysis of quotations from electrical equipment suppliers and make recommendations.
• Review and make comments to drawings from Vendor supplied equipment.
• Review electrical Installation standards for project specific installations. Develop new ones as required.
• Approve and stamp electrical drawings done by the candidate and drawings done by others under the candidate\'s supervision.
• Perform electrical calculations and have an understanding of Electrical Power Studies would be an asset.
• Develop physical layout drawings of electrical rooms, transformer rooms, outdoor substations.
• Coordinate design with other engineering disciplines (Piping, Mechanical, Structural, Instrumentation) for successful project completions.

Qualifications

• Exp\xc3\xa9rience Pratique Directe en Industrie : Doit poss\xc3\xa9der une connaissance approfondie et une exp\xc3\xa9rience de travail dans des projets n\xc3\xa9cessitant une ing\xc3\xa9nierie \xc3\xa9lectrique d\xc3\xa9taill\xc3\xa9e et une conception pour les secteurs industriels tels que la p\xc3\xa2te et le papier, le traitement des eaux us\xc3\xa9es, la production d\'\xc3\xa9nergie, etc.
• 15 \xc3\xa0 20 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience professionnelle en ing\xc3\xa9nierie \xc3\xa9lectrique au sein d\'une firme de g\xc3\xa9nie-conseil dans la conception d\'usines industrielles.
• Excellentes comp\xc3\xa9tences en communication verbale et \xc3\xa9crite.
• R\xc3\xa9aliser la conception conceptuelle et d\xc3\xa9taill\xc3\xa9e des syst\xc3\xa8mes de puissance et de contr\xc3\xb4le \xc3\xa9lectrique (haute, moyenne et basse tensions).
• Membre en r\xc3\xa8gle de l\'Ordre des Ing\xc3\xa9nieurs du Qu\xc3\xa9bec. L\'adh\xc3\xa9sion \xc3\xa0 d\'autres associations professionnelles d\'ing\xc3\xa9nieurs serait un atout.
• Voyager sur les sites des clients pour recueillir des informations et participer aux r\xc3\xa9unions de r\xc3\xa9vision de la conception.
• Une exp\xc3\xa9rience de travail sur les sites pour superviser les installations \xc3\xa9lectriques serait un atout.
• Outils Microsoft Office.
• Une connaissance de base de la mod\xc3\xa9lisation 2D avec AUTOCAD serait un atout.
• Bonne connaissance des outils MICROSOFT Office et de Windows.

• Compr\xc3\xa9hension et connaissance approfondie du Code Canadien de l\'\xc3\x89lectricit\xc3\xa9 (CEC) et du Code National de l\'\xc3\x89lectricit\xc3\xa9 (NEC) actuels.
• Connaissance du tra\xc3\xa7age de chaleur \xc3\xa9lectrique, de la conception de chemins de c\xc3\xa2bles et de l\'\xc3\xa9clairage serait un atout.
• Orient\xc3\xa9 vers l\'\xc3\xa9quipe, orient\xc3\xa9 vers les d\xc3\xa9tails et cr\xc3\xa9atif.
• Fortes comp\xc3\xa9tences interpersonnelles et de communication (\xc3\xa9crites et orales).

• Direct Industry Practical Experience: Must possess in-depth knowledge and a working background in projects requiring detailed electrical engineering and design for the industrial sectors such as Pulp & Paper, Waste Water Treatment, Power Generation, etc.
• 15 - 20 years professional experience in electrical engineering working for Consulting Engineering firm in design of industrial plants
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Perform conceptual and detailed design of electrical power and control systems (high, medium and low voltages)
• Member in good standing with the, \xe2\x80\x9cOrdre des Ing\xc3\xa9nieurs du Qu\xc3\xa9bec\xe2\x80\x9d. Membership with other professional engineering associations would be an asset.
• Travel to client job sites to gather information and participating in design review meetings.
• Experience working at job sites to supervise the electrical installations would be an asset.
• Microsoft Office Tools
• Basic working knowledge of AUTOCAD 2D modelling would be an asset.
• Good working knowledge of MICROSOFT Office Tools and Windows.
• Understanding and comprehensive working knowledge of the current Canadian Electrical Code (CEC) and National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Knowledge of electrical heat tracing, cable tray and lighting design would be an asset.
• Team-oriented, detailed oriented and a creative thinker.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
• French and English (speaking and writing).
