RESPONSABILITES GENERALES

Gestion et coordination de projet

- Assistance technique dans les procedes de traitements de surface

- Introduction de nouvelles technologies

- Methodes analytiques et technologiques en chimie

- Enquetes qualite et investigation en chimie

Plus en details, voici les principales activites du quotidien de l'employe :

- Supporter les operations de traitements de surface (placage, nettoyage, peinture et NDT) par prise d'echantillonnage

- Controler le PH des differents procedes

- Mesurer la tension de surface et analyser des donnees recueillies

- Participer a la resolution de problemes de procedes et d'operations

- Participer au developpement de nouveaux procedes de traitements de surface

- Participer a des rencontres d'equipes multidisciplinaires en tant que specialiste en chimie

- Contacter des fournisseurs dans le but de trouver de nouvelles technologies recentes

- Participer et gerer des projets de reduction de dechets comme le recyclage de produits chimiques et une meilleure gestion des dechets solides

- Contribuer a la preparation de specifications pour de nouveaux equipements ou l'amelioration de ceux existants

- Contribuer aux projets de reduction de l'empreinte ecologique et developpement durable

- Supporter le groupe qualite dans les audits, les investigations et l'implantation des actions correctives

- S'assurer que les procedures sont documentees et a jour

QUALIFICATIONS :

Baccalaureat en Ingenierie chimique avec 4 a 7 ans d'experience pertinente ou equivalent Toute autre experience pertinente en lien avec le poste sera consideree et evaluee Bilingue
Salaire selon experience. Package salarial attractif pour le bon candidat

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Project management and coordination

- Technical assistance in surface treatment processes

- Introduction of new technologies

- Analytical and technological methods in chemistry

- Quality surveys and investigation in chemistry

In more detail, here are the main daily activities of the employee:

- Support surface treatment operations (plating, cleaning, painting and NDT) by sampling

- Control the PH of the different processes

- Measure surface tension and analyze collected data

- Participate in the resolution of process and operational problems

- Participate in the development of new surface treatment processes

- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as a chemistry specialist

- Contact suppliers in order to find new recent technologies

- Participate and manage waste reduction projects such as chemical recycling and better solid waste management

- Contribute to the preparation of specifications for new equipment or the improvement of existing ones

- Contribute to projects to reduce the ecological footprint and sustainable development

- Support the quality group in audits, investigations and the implementation of corrective actions

- Ensure that procedures are documented and up to date

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering with 4 to 7 years of relevant experience or equivalent

Any other relevant experience related to the position will be considered and evaluated

Bilingual

Salary commensurate with experience. Attractive salary package for right candidate.
