L'Ingenieur Projet Outillage rejoindra l'equipe Outillage au sein du departement Ingenierie, qui est responsable des etudes techniques et de la conception des outillages pour le transport et le montage des principaux equipements constituant une centrale hydroelectrique (pieces encastrees, turbine, generateur, vannes et hydromecanique).

Il / Elle aura specifiquement la charge de l'execution de projets pour les projets deja attribues dans les regions Amerique du Nord.



The Tooling Main Project Engineer will join the Tooling team within Engineering department, who is responsible for technical studies and design of tools for transportation and erection of main pieces of equipment constituting a hydropower plant (embedded parts, turbine, generator, valves and hydromechanical).

He/She will be specifically in charge of project execution for already awarded projects in North America region,.

Responsabilites essentielles

Pour un projet donne en execution, il/elle effectuera le calcul et la conception des outillages selon les pratiques de conception du Centre D'excellence et avec la validation de l'ingenieur principal outillage Representer le Centre d'Excellence outillage devant l'equipe de projet : Chef de projet Technique le responsable produit, les achats et les responsables de l'installation sur site.

- Coordonner au sein du Centre d'excellence outillage le calcul et la conception de la liste complete des outils identifies au cours de la phase de synthese (sequence detaillee de transport et de montage de la centrale) - repondant aux exigences de planification, de cout et de securite

Qualifications / Caracteristiques requises

:

Baccalaureat en genie mecanique ou connaissances ou experience equivalentes Experience significative (> 5 ans) dans la conception mecanique Experience en conception d'equipements de levage et de plate-forme d'acces ou experience significative sur chantier Bonne connaissance des logiciels de CAO NX ou SolidWorks Excellentes competences en anglais ecrit et oral pour les communications internationales Aptitude averee a travailler avec des equipes inter fonctionnelles et mondiales Competences averees en leadership et energie positive

Caracteristiques souhaitees :

Connaissance des produits des centrales hydroelectriques Experience en gestion de projet Esprit d'equipe : contributeur positif et engage, volonte d'apprendre et de s'adapter aux besoins de l'entreprise ; etre resilient

Essential Responsibilities

For a given project in execution, he/she will perform the calculation and the design of the tools according to the CoE's Design Practices and with the validation of the tooling principal engineer Represent the Tooling Center of Excellence (CoE) in front of the Project Team: Generator System Integrator, Generator CoE main project engineers, Supply Chain and Construction & Commissioning Coordinate within the Tooling CoE the calculation and design of the full list of tools identified during synopsis phase (detailed transportation & erection sequence of the power plant) - fulfilling planning, cost and safety requirement

Required Qualifications/Characteristics

:

Bachelor degree from an accredited university in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent knowledge or experience Significant experience (>5 years) in mechanical design of hydro generators Experience in design of lifting equipment and access platform or significant experience on site Good knowledge of CAD software NX or SolidWorks Excellent written & verbal English skills for international communications Proven ability to work with cross-functional and global teams Strong interpersonal skills, proven leadership skills and a positive energy

Desired Characteristics:

Knowledge of Hydropower Plant products Experience on project management Team-player: positive & engaged contributor to the team, willingness to learn & adapt to business needs; be resilient
