Nous recherchons un ingenieur en industrialisation avancee, techniquement competent, proactif et hautement transversal, pour diriger le developpement des strategies d'industrialisation de nouveaux composants (pieces et modules) de moteurs aeronautiques dans le cadre de nouveaux programmes aeronautiques.
Ce poste est responsable de garantir que les technologies de composants de propulsion avancee -- y compris les pieces rotatives, les composants de la section chaude et les structures complexes -- sont pretes pour des environnements de production de haute qualite, rentables, evolutifs et digitalises.
Vous collaborerez avec les responsables de l'industrialisation avancee, l'ingenierie, la R&T, la production, la qualite et la chaine d'approvisionnement afin d'assurer la fabricabilite et la maturite industrielle grace aux pratiques de developpement concourant.
Vous collaborerez egalement avec l'ingenieur programme operations en industrialisation avancee pour integrer les budgets et ressources necessaires dans les plans de production du programme, afin d'assurer l'execution a toutes les phases du cycle de vie du produit -- du concept jusqu'a la production en serie testee.

Industrialisation des Composants & Modules
Piloter l'industrialisation des nouveaux composants et modules moteurs pour les nouveaux programmes (programmes de demonstration, archetypes 1 a 4) ou RLPM Gate C (archetypes 5 a 10), incluant les aubes de turbine et de compresseur, pieces de chambre de combustion, etc.
Developper et valider les procedes de fabrication pour pieces complexes moteur, incluant :
+ Fonderie et forge de precision
+ Usinage haute precision d'alliages (ex. Inconel, titane, composites a matrice ceramique)
+ Fabrication additive metallique, procedes hybrides
+ Revetements avances (barriere thermique, anticorrosion) et traitements thermiques
+ Assemblage haute temperature (brasage, soudage) et traitements de surface
Preparation industrielle transversale :
Collaborer avec le directeur de l'industrialisation avancee, les OPE et les ingenieurs industriels pour planifier et executer les jalons RLPM et livrables de preparation a la production, synchronises avec les jalons RLPM, incluant le plan de production.
Piloter les demarches Design-to-Cost, Design for Manufacturability (DfM) et Design for Assembly (DfA)en lien etroit avec l'ingenierie, les fournisseurs, les partenaires et sites, ainsi que l'acheteur industrialisation.
Etablir, avec le controleur de couts, les responsables d'industrialisation avancee et l'ingenierie, la note de base de couts des composants et des sites internes, suivre l'evolution des couts standard et collaborer pour identifier des alternatives de conception et de fabrication.
Definir et developper les procedes de fabrication, les concepts d'outillage, l'amenagement des sites, et les strategies d'automatisation alignees avec DfM et DfA.
Piloter la maturite industrielle via les niveaux TRL (Technology Readiness Level) et MRL (Manufacturing Readiness Level)sur la fabrication de composants, l'assemblage et les essais, et soutenir les evaluations associees.
Collaborer avec les producteurs de composants, partenaires, equipes A&T, chaine d'approvisionnement, equipes infrastructures et digitalisation pour :
+ Evaluer les besoins en infrastructures, logistique et systemes d'information
+ Definir les besoins pour les nouveaux programmes ou montees en capacite :
- Qualifications de procedes speciaux
- Outils et gabarits
- Implantation et conception des cellules de production
- Equipements
- Methodes de fabrication numeriques, integration des donnees, et transformation numerique si necessaire
+ Contribuer aux evaluations make-or-buy, evaluations de preparation a l'industrialisation, planification de l'empreinte industrielle globale (incluant offload et externalisation)
+ Planifier les plans industriels (FAI, etudes de capabilite, livrables PPAP)
+ Evaluer et integrer des outils numeriques de fabrication (simulation, integration PLM/MES, modelisation de procedes, commissioning virtuel, connectivite atelier : MES, IIoT, jumeaux numeriques)
+ Garantir la conformite aux normes qualite aeronautiques (AS9100, NADCAP, APQP)
+ Promouvoir le Lean, le zero-defaut et une culture d'amelioration continue durant toute l'industrialisation Preparer les plans projets, analyses de risque et budgets pour les activites d'industrialisation a integrer dans les plans programme
Deplacements frequents et horaires variables a prevoir avec les fournisseurs, partenaires ou sites internes (production et A&T)
Qu'est-ce qu'il vous faut pour reussir?
Diplome en ingenierie aeronautique, mecanique, industrielle ou de fabrication (Bac+5 ou equivalent)
10+ ans d'experience en fabrication de composants moteurs aeronautiques ou dans des industries a haute exigence similaire
Maitrise approfondie des composants de propulsion, procedes avances de fabrication, materiaux aeronautiques (Inconel, alliages titane, revetements ceramiques/composites), procedes speciaux
Experience dans le developpement et le deploiement de procedes de fabrication et d'assemblage dans des industries reglementees
Experience en collaboration transversale, evaluation des risques, resolution de problemes, gestion de projets (planification, controle des couts, mitigation des risques)
Capacite a influencer dans des projets complexes multi-sites, fournisseurs, partenaires ; role moteur du changement
Connaissances en automatisation, robotique, et concepts Industrie 4.0
Maitrise des outils numeriques : CAO/FAO (CATIA), systemes PLM (Teamcenter), plateformes de fabrication numerique, outils d'analyse de donnees
Connaissance des standards et systemes qualite aeronautiques (AS9100, NADCAP, APQP)
Ce poste s'inscrit dans un milieu de travail francophone, neanmoins il necessite une tres bonne connaissance de l'anglais pour lire et comprendre, sur une base quotidienne, de la documentation et des termes techniques qui peuvent emaner d'organisations internationales, ainsi que pour ecrire et communiquer en anglais avec des clients, des fournisseurs ou des collegues internationaux.

We are seeking a technically skilled, proactive and highly cross-functional Advanced Industrialisation Engineer to lead the development of industrialisation strategies for new components (parts & modules) of complete aerospace engines across new aerospace programs.
This role is responsible for ensuring that advanced propulsion components technologies -- including rotating parts, hot-section components, and complex structures -- are ready for high-quality, cost-effective, scalable and digitally enabled production environments.
You will collaborate with Advanced Industrialisation Leads, Engineering, R&T, Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain to ensure manufacturability and industrial maturity through concurrent engineering practices. You will also collaborate with Advanced Industrialisation Operations Program Engineer to imbed required budgets and resources in program plans to be ready for execution across all phases of the product lifecycle-- from concept through tested serial production engines.
What will your day-to-day look like?
Component & Module Industrialisation
Lead the industrialisation of new engine components and modules for new programs (Demonstrator programs, archetypes 1-4) or RLPM Gate C (archetypes 5-10), including:
+ Turbine and compressor blades and vanes
+ Combustor parts
+ Casings, shrouds, seals, and rotating structures
+ Bearings, shafts, and support structures Develop and validate manufacturing processes for complex engine parts involving:
+ Precision casting and forging and near net shape
+ High-precision machining of superalloys (e.g. Inconel, titanium, ceramic matrix composites)
+ Additive manufacturing (metal AM), hybrid processes
+ Advanced coatings (thermal barrier, anti-corrosion) and heat treatments
+ High-temperature joining (brazing, welding )and surface treatments
Cross-functional Industrial Readiness
Collaborate with the Advanced Industrialization Director, OPE, Leads and Industrial Engineers, to the planning and execution of the RLPM Gates and Operations Production readiness (PR) deliverables, synchronized with RLPM gates, inclusive of the Production Plan.
Drive Design for Cost (DfM), Design for Manufacturability (DfM) and Design for Assembly (DfA) in close coordination with Design Engineering, suppliers, partners and sites and Advanced Industrialisation Buyer through Integrated product teams (IPTs)
Establish, with program Cost Controller, Advanced Industrialisation Leads and Engineering, the Cost Basis Note of components and internal sites, track FSC evolution and work with Engineering and suppliers, partners or internal sites to identify alternative design & manufacturing solutions to increase program margins and mitigate headwinds
Define and develop manufacturing processes, tooling concepts, plant layout, and automation strategies aligned with DfM and DfA
Drive industrial maturity using Technology Readiness Level (TRL) and Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL) across component manufacturing, assembly, and test and support TRL and MRL assessments for new technologies
Collaborate with component producers, partners, A&T, supply chain, facilities, and digitalisation teams to:
+ Assess infrastructure, logistics, and data systems requirements
+ Define requirements for new programs or capacity increases through:
- Special process qualifications
- Tooling and fixturing
- Plant layout and production cell design
- Equipment
- Digital manufacturing methods, data integration and, where necessary, digital transformation.
+ Contribute to make-or-buy assessments, industrialisation readiness assessments, global industrial footprint planning, including offload industrialisation and outsourcing strategies
+ Validate industrial plans including First Article Inspections (FAI), process capability studies, and PPAP deliverables
+ Assess and leverage digital manufacturing tools including simulation, PLM/MES integration, process modelling, virtual commissioning, shopfloor connectivity (MES, IIoT and digital twin models to support new programs requirements
+ Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards (AS9100, NADCAP, APQP).
+ Champion lean manufacturing, zero-defect mindset, and continuous improvement culture throughout industrialisation. Prepare project plans, risk analyses, and budgets for activities supporting industrialisation requirements; such plans, risk & budgets to be incorporated in program plans
Frequent travel and variable work schedules expected when working with suppliers, partners or internal sites (manufacturing and A&T).
What do you need to be successful?
Bachelor's or master's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
10+ years of experience in aerospace engine component manufacturing or industrialisation or similar high-specification industries
Deep understanding of propulsion engine components, advanced manufacturing methods, aerospace materials and processes (e.g. Inconel, titanium alloys, ceramic coatings and composites) and special processes.
Experience in developing and deploying manufacturing and assembly processes in regulated industries.
Experience with cross-functional collaboration and communication, risk assessment, and problem-solving skills and project management experience (technical planning, cost control, risk mitigation).
Ability to influence complex, multi-site or suppliers, partners and sites -inclusive projects and act as an agent of change & transformation
Experience with automation, robotics, and Industry 4.0 concepts.
Familiarity with digital tools CAD/CAM tools (CATIA), PLM systems (e.g. Teamcenter), digital manufacturing platforms, and data analytics tools
Familiarity with aerospace production processes, standards and quality systems (AS9100, NADCAP, APQP).
This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
Additional Assets:
Demonstrated and applied manufacturing experience on components
Familiarity to additive manufacturing or hybrid manufacturing processes
Familiarity with global supply chains, suppliers, partners and sites development, offload industrialisation and New Product Introduction or ramp-up programs.
Exposure to advanced materials and digital manufacturing, including digital twins, virtual build/test, and data analytics, Model-Based Definition (MBD) and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
Six Sigma or Lean certification is a plus.
