Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un Industrial System Engineer pour rejoindre notre equipe de Performance Industrielle basee a Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), ou vous travaillerez avec les equipes operationnelles, finances et excellence operationnelles entre autres.


Vous ferez partie de l'equipe Performance Industrielle chargee de preparer les ramp up, suivre et piloter la performance et preparer les OP des equipes operationnelles.


L'organisation de l'equipe est etablie de maniere a promouvoir la collaboration transversale de maniere autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.


Votre role en tant qu'Industrial System Engineer sera d'etre le point central de la performance operationnelle des phases PreFAL (Pre-Final Assembly Line) et FAL (Final Assembly Line) de l'A220. Son role est crucial pour centraliser la performance (Efficiency), elaborer des modeles de charge de travail (workload models) pour les equipes operationnelles, prevoir les besoins en personnel (staffing), et analyser l'impact des perturbations sur la production. Il/elle est egalement en charge du suivi rigoureux de l'efficience operationnelle et de l'optimisation du CVAT (Customer Value Added Time), visant ainsi a ameliorer continuellement l'efficacite des processus, a assurer une adequation optimale des ressources et a soutenir la prise de decision strategique.

Vos defis:



Assurer la centralisation, l'analyse approfondie et le suivi rigoureux de la performance des lignes afin d'identifier les ecarts et les opportunites d'amelioration; Mener des initiatives visant a optimiser le temps a valeur ajoutee pour le client (CVAT) ; Concevoir, maintenir et valider les Modeles de Charge de Travail (Workload Model), essentiels pour la planification operationnelle (OP) et l'etablissement des previsions (Forecasts) financieres; Planifier la strategie du Staffing et des Ressources; Analyser la gestion et les impacts des perturbations; Initier et piloter la demarche d'amelioration continue en identifiant et en menant des Projets Strategiques (avec le programme LEO);

Votre profil:



Vous detenez un diplome universitaire en Genie Industriel ou equivalent; Vous avez au moins 10 ans d'experiences valorisee dans des environnements de production complexes; Vous faites preuve d'une expertise analytique pointue et d'un suivi rigoureux de l'Efficience des lignes PreFAL/FAL ; Vous maitrisez la conception et la maintenance de Modeles de Charge de Travail essentiels pour le Staffing previsionnel. Vous faites preuve d'une capacite a initier la demarche d'amelioration continue; Vous avez une expertise pour analyser rapidement les impacts des perturbations et proposer des mesures correctives (PERT). Vous etes a la fois tres rigoureux, bon communicant et tres collaboratif.

The A220 Commercial Aircraft Program is looking for an Industrial System Engineer to join our Industrial Performance team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will work with operational, finance, and operational excellence teams, among others.


You will be part of the Industrial Performance team responsible for preparing for ramp-up, tracking and steering performance, and preparing the Operating Plans (OPs) for operational teams. The team's organization is established to promote autonomous cross-functional collaboration, supporting each other and learning collectively.


Your role as an Industrial System Engineer will be to be the central point for the operational performance of the A220's Pre-Final Assembly Line (PreFAL) and Final Assembly Line (FAL) phases. Your role is crucial for centralizing performance (Efficiency), developing workload models for operational teams, forecasting staffing needs, and analyzing the impact of disruptions on production. You will also be responsible for the rigorous monitoring of operational efficiency and the optimization of CVAT (Customer Value Added Time), aiming to continuously improve process effectiveness, ensure optimal resource alignment, and support strategic decision-making.

Your Challenges:



Ensure the centralization, in-depth analysis, and rigorous monitoring of line performance (Efficiency) to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. Lead initiatives aimed at optimizing Customer Value Added Time (CVAT). Design, maintain, and validate Workload Models, which are essential for Operational Planning (OP) and establishing financial Forecasts. Plan the strategic Staffing and Resource requirements. Analyze the management and impact of disruptions (or: Manage and analyze the impacts of disruptions). Initiate and drive the continuous improvement process by identifying and leading Strategic Projects (in line with the LEO program).

Your Profile:



You hold a university degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent. You have at least 10 years of valuable experience in complex production environments. You demonstrate keen analytical expertise and rigorous monitoring of PreFAL/FAL line efficiency. You are proficient in the design and maintenance of Workload Models, which are essential for predictive staffing. You show an aptitude for initiating continuous improvement processes/initiatives. You possess expertise in rapidly analyzing the impact of disruptions and proposing corrective measures (PERT). You are simultaneously highly rigorous, an excellent communicator, and highly collaborative.
