Description de poste :

Relevant du gestionnaire de l\xe2\x80\x99ing\xc3\xa9nierie m\xc3\xa9canique, vous serez responsable de diriger et participer des s\xc3\xa9ances de remue-m\xc3\xa9ninges, de d\xc3\xa9velopper les concepts de projet et de les g\xc3\xa9rer en entier.

• Cr\xc3\xa9er des prototypes dynamiques r\xc3\xa9els pour valider vos concepts et donner vie \xc3\xa0 vos id\xc3\xa9es les plus audacieuses.
• Travailler et collaborer avec la force d\'une \xc3\xa9quipe d\'ing\xc3\xa9nieurs cr\xc3\xa9ative, innovante et dynamique.
• D\xc3\xa9velopper des concepts de projet et assurez la gestion compl\xc3\xa8te du projet selon les sp\xc3\xa9cifications du client et effectuez des suivis r\xc3\xa9guliers de l\'avancement des travaux.
• Concevoir et dessiner des pi\xc3\xa8ces m\xc3\xa9caniques en 3D \xc3\xa0 l\'aide d\'Inventor ou de Solidworks.
• Communiquer avec le client et/ou l\'\xc3\xa9quipe interne pour \xc3\xa9tablir les besoins du projet personnalis\xc3\xa9.
• Collaborer avec le d\xc3\xa9partement d\'automatisation/contr\xc3\xb4le pour l\'int\xc3\xa9gration des composants \xc3\xa9lectriques.
• Coordonner la fabrication/mise en production de l\'\xc3\xa9quipement avec les diff\xc3\xa9rents d\xc3\xa9partements.
• Effectuer des tests sur la machine afin de valider les performances attendues.
• Peut \xc3\xaatre appel\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 se d\xc3\xa9placer chez le client pour d\xc3\xa9terminer les besoins du projet, pour effectuer des tests ou pour mettre en marche l\'\xc3\xa9quipement.

Exigences :

• BAC en g\xc3\xa9nie m\xc3\xa9canique ou une exp\xc3\xa9rience \xc3\xa9quivalente pertinente.
• Minimum de 7 ans d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience dans la conception et la fabrication de machines et d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipements automatis\xc3\xa9s, id\xc3\xa9alement dans l\xe2\x80\x99industrie de l\xe2\x80\x99emballage.
• Membre de l\xe2\x80\x99OIQ.
• Bonne connaissance des logiciels de conception 3D de pi\xc3\xa8ces m\xc3\xa9caniques (Inventor et/ou Solidwork).
• Personne dynamique et responsable avec un bon sens de l\xe2\x80\x99organisation du travail.
• Esprit d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe, rigueur, cr\xc3\xa9ativit\xc3\xa9 et polyvalence.
• Bilingue, anglais et fran\xc3\xa7ais, parl\xc3\xa9 et \xc3\xa9crit.

Reporting to the Research and Development Supervisor, the incumbent\'s primary responsibility is to improve and maintain standard products (design, assembly drawings, BOM, product configurator) while prioritizing the importance of options according to their turnover rate.

:

• Create real dynamic prototypes to validate your concepts and bring your boldest ideas to life
• Work and collaborate with the strength of a creative, innovating, and dynamic team of engineers
• Develops project concepts and provides full project management as per client specifications and carry out regular follow-ups on the progress
• Design and draw 3D mechanical parts using Inventor or Solidworks
• Communicate with the client and/or the internal team to establish the needs of the custom project
• Collaborate with the automation/control department on electrical components integration
• Coordinate the manufacturing/production start-up of the equipment with the different departments
• Perform tests on the machine to validate the expected performance
• May be called upon to travel to the customer\'s site to determine project needs, to perform tests or to start up the equipment

Who we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for?

• Bachelor\'s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent relevant experience
• Minimum of 7 years experience in the design and manufacturing of automated machinery and equipment, ideally in the packaging industry
• Member of the OIQ
• Good knowledge of 3D design software for mechanical parts (Inventor and/or Solidwork)
• Dynamic and responsible person with a good sense of work organization.
• Team spirit, rigor, creativity and versatility
• Bilingual, English and French, spoken and written
