Nos attentes Dans le cadre de votre poste d\'Ing\xc3\xa9nieur fabrication, vous serez responsable de d\xc3\xa9velopper les m\xc3\xa9thodes de fabrication des composants de moteur P&WC (Turbines, compresseurs, chambre \xc3\xa0 combustion, etc.). Vous aurez la chance de collaborer au sein d\xe2\x80\x99une \xc3\xa9quipe d\xe2\x80\x99une soixantaine d\xe2\x80\x99agent de m\xc3\xa9thode, de programmeurs NC, de sp\xc3\xa9cialiste de proc\xc3\xa9d\xc3\xa9s sp\xc3\xa9ciaux et de sp\xc3\xa9cialiste de l\xe2\x80\x99inspection CMM. \xc3\x80 quoi ressemblera votre quotidien ? Vous serez membre d\xe2\x80\x99une \xc3\xa9quipe qui a pour responsabilit\xc3\xa9 de faire du r\xc3\xaave de l\xe2\x80\x99ing\xc3\xa9nierie, une r\xc3\xa9alit\xc3\xa9 dans l\xe2\x80\x99usine. En effet, l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe a pour point de d\xc3\xa9part la conception re\xc3\xa7ue de l\xe2\x80\x99ing\xc3\xa9nierie, puis d\xc3\xa9finie les m\xc3\xa9thodes de fabrication et choisi les machines qui seront utilis\xc3\xa9es dans l\xe2\x80\x99usine. Ainsi, vos t\xc3\xa2ches au quotidien seront :

• Faire une revue de la conception de l\xe2\x80\x99ing\xc3\xa9nierie pour en valider faisabilit\xc3\xa9 d\xe2\x80\x99un point de vue fabrication de la pi\xc3\xa8ce;
• D\xc3\xa9finir la strat\xc3\xa9gie de fabrication (proc\xc3\xa9d\xc3\xa9s utilis\xc3\xa9es, s\xc3\xa9quencement, etc.);
• Commander l\xe2\x80\x99outillage requis, collaborer avec l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe de conception d\xe2\x80\x99outil;
• R\xc3\xa9diger les gammes de fabrication;
• Programmation des Machine NC;
• Support technique aux lignes de production;
• Participer \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99achat d\'\xc3\xa9quipement de fabrication;
• Gestion de projet.

Ce dont vous avez besoin pour r\xc3\xa9ussir Le candidat que nous recherchons est, comme nous, passionn\xc3\xa9 par la fabrication. Il est un bon joueur d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe, il a \xc3\xa0 c\xc5\x93ur l\xe2\x80\x99am\xc3\xa9lioration continue et est \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99aise dans un environnement rapide et sous pression. Une formation acad\xc3\xa9mique en g\xc3\xa9nie m\xc3\xa9canique ou en fabrication a\xc3\xa9ronautique au niveau universitaire est n\xc3\xa9cessaire. The Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for developing manufacturing methods for P&WC engine components (Turbines, Compressors, Combustion Chamber, etc.). You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a team of approximately 60 Methodists, NC Programmers, Special Process Specialists and CMM Inspection Specialists. What your day to day will look like You will be a member of a team that is responsible for making engineering\'s dream a reality in the plant. Indeed, the team starts with the design received from engineering, then defines the manufacturing methods and selects the machines that will be used in the plant. Thus, your daily tasks will be :

• Review the engineering design to validate its feasibility from a part manufacturing point of view;
• Define the manufacturing strategy (processes used, sequencing, etc.);
• Order the required tooling, collaborate with the tooling design team;
• Write the manufacturing routines;
• Programming of NC machines;
• Technical support for production lines;
• Participate in the purchase of manufacturing equipment;
• Project management.

The tools you need to be successful The candidate we are looking for is, like us, passionate about manufacturing. An academic background in mechanical engineering or aerospace manufacturing at university level is required. Experience as a method agent or NC programmer is an important asset.
