La division des Proc\xc3\xa9d\xc3\xa9s Industriel est actuellement \xc3\xa0 la recherche d\'un ing\xc3\xa9nieur des proc\xc3\xa9d\xc3\xa9s pour d\xc3\xa9velopper des projets dans le domaine des batteries, de CCS, de traitement chimique divers. Nous recherchons un membre enthousiaste de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe pour fournir des services d\xe2\x80\x99ing\xc3\xa9nierie dans diff\xc3\xa9rent secteurs de la fabrication industrielle.

Quelle sera votre contribution dans l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe ?
Pour remplir ce r\xc3\xb4le avec succ\xc3\xa8s, la personne sera responsable, entre autres, de ce qui suit :

• Participer aux efforts de conception de processus sur des projets au Canada et internationaux.
• Consulter les clients, les conseiller, identifier et r\xc3\xa9soudre les probl\xc3\xa8mes li\xc3\xa9s aux processus.
• Conception conceptuelle, de base et d\xc3\xa9taill\xc3\xa9e.
• Avoir une solide compr\xc3\xa9hension des principes fondamentaux du g\xc3\xa9nie chimique, tels que l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9coulement des fluides, la thermodynamique et la s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 des processus,
• D\xc3\xa9velopper l\'architecture des processus aux premiers stades des projets
• Compr\xc3\xa9hension des exigences du processus pour soutenir le d\xc3\xa9veloppement appropri\xc3\xa9 des sch\xc3\xa9mas architecturaux.
• Diriger des ateliers et des r\xc3\xa9unions avec les clients et les fournisseurs.
• Calculs n\xc3\xa9cessaires pour dimensionner les \xc3\xa9quipements et identifier les besoins en \xc3\xa9quipements.
• R\xc3\xa9daction de documents pour cr\xc3\xa9er des sp\xc3\xa9cifications et des documents d\'appel d\'offres.
• Pr\xc3\xa9parer des rapports techniques.
• Production de diagrammes de flux de blocs, de PFD, de P&ID, de dessins de plans et de bilans thermiques et mat\xc3\xa9riels.
• Participer et contribuer \xc3\xa0 la r\xc3\xa9vision des mod\xc3\xa8les 3D des \xc3\xa9quipements, \xc3\xa0 la r\xc3\xa9vision de la conception de la tuyauterie et \xc3\xa0 la r\xc3\xa9vision de l\'am\xc3\xa9nagement du b\xc3\xa2timent.

Que recherchons-nous ?

• Baccalaur\xc3\xa9at en g\xc3\xa9nie chimique. Une ma\xc3\xaetrise dans un domaine connexe est un atout.
• Un minimum de 5 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience en conception-conseil dans le domaine Industriel.
• Un permis d\'exercice d\'une association professionnelle d\'ing\xc3\xa9nieurs (au Canada) est un atout. Membre des Ing\xc3\xa9nieurs professionnels du Qu\xc3\xa9bec et de l\'Ontario de pr\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9rence.

Atouts

• Bonne maitrise du fran\xc3\xa7ais et une facilit\xc3\xa9 de communiquer en anglais
• Exp\xc3\xa9rience a travailler en \xc3\xa9quipe
• Connaissance de la suite Ms Office (surtout Outlook, Excel et Word)
• Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 voyager (~25%).

• Connaissance en simulation de processus dynamique en utilisant des logiciels tel que Hysys Dynamics, Aveva Dynamic Simulation ou \xc3\xa9quivalent et d\xe2\x80\x99autres outils num\xc3\xa9riques Exp\xc3\xa9rience d\'AutoCAD serait un atout.
• Connaissance du logiciel Revit, un atout
• Exp\xc3\xa9rience dans le milieu industriel essentielle, (Manufacturier, assemblage, emballage, etc.)

• Exp\xc3\xa9rience dans le milieu pharmaceutique ou alimentaire un atout
• Exp\xc3\xa9rience dans une firme d\xe2\x80\x99ing\xc3\xa9nierie essentielle ou exp\xc3\xa9rience de projets concrets dans le milieu manufacturier.

• Autonome et organis\xc3\xa9.
• Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 s\'\xc3\xa9panouir dans un environnement de travail en \xc3\xa9quipe.

The Industrial Processes Division is currently looking for a Process Engineer to develop projects in the field of batteries, CCS and various chemical treatments. We are looking for an enthusiastic team member to provide engineering services in different areas of industrial manufacturing.

How will you contribute to the team?

• To successfully fulfill this role, the individual will be responsible for, but not limited to:
• Participating in process design efforts on Canadian and international projects.
• Consult, advise, identify and resolve process issues.
• Conceptual, basic and detailed design.
• Have a solid understanding of the fundamentals of chemical engineering, such as fluid flow, thermodynamics and process safety,
• Develop process architecture in the early stages of projects
• Understanding of process requirements to support appropriate development of architectural schemes.
• Lead workshops and meetings with customers and suppliers.
• Necessary calculations to size equipment and identify equipment requirements.
• Writing documents to create specifications and tender documents.
• Prepare technical reports.
• Produce block flow diagrams, PFDs, P&IDs, plan drawings and heat and material balances.
• Participate in and contribute to 3D equipment model review, piping design review and building layout review.

What will you contribute?

• Bachelor\'s degree in chemical engineering. Master\'s degree in a related field is an asset.
• A minimum of 5 years\' experience in design consulting in the industrial field.
• Licensure by a professional engineering association (in Canada) is an asset. Member of Professional Engineers of Quebec and Ontario preferred.

Assets

• Good command of French and ability to communicate in English
• Experience working in a team
• Knowledge of Ms Office suite (especially Outlook, Excel and Word)
• Ability to travel (~25%).
• Knowledge of dynamic process simulation using software such as Hysys Dynamics, Aveva Dynamic Simulation or equivalent and other numerical tools.
