ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including diagnosing system operation problems. Recommend and perform corrective actions to address system hardware, software, and operator challenges. Monitor and perform maintenance of physical and virtual infrastructure components. Provide support for network infrastructure, including troubleshooting connectivity issues, maintaining network performance, and assisting with the planning and implementation of network upgrades and enhancements. Develop and troubleshoot scripts and automation tools to streamline system administration tasks, improve operational efficiency, and support infrastructure management processes. Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripheral devices such as servers, workstations, printers, and network equipment to ensure optimal system performance and reliability. Create or maintain IT documentation, diagrams, and procedures as required. Collaborate with the IT team to provide technical support, conduct research and troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues to deliver effective solutions.

ABOUT YOU

Technical diploma or university degree in a Technology or Computer Science program. 2+ years of relevant experience in IT systems, cloud infrastructure, network, or similar technology. Hands-on experience managing Microsoft M365 services, including Active Directory (AD), Entra, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. Experience with server operating systems, preferably Windows; Linux experience. Experience working in an ITIL-based environment. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure. Knowledge and practical experience with network infrastructure and protocols. Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and compliance requirements related to enterprise systems. Solid verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues, leadership, and stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment to meet deadlines and achieve objectives.
