Overview:

Drive infrastructure business development across

Eastern Ontario (Ottawa, Kingston, Belleville)

focused on

water, wastewater, liner applications, and piping infrastructure

for

large-scale projects

. Build relationships with consultants, owners, contractors, and support local Victaulic distributors across the territory.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop

value-added proposals

and presentations highlighting

cost savings

through Victaulic solutions Establish and maintain qualified

project pipeline

for water/wastewater infrastructure opportunities Build

strategic account plans

for key owners and industrial contractors Coordinate with Regional Managers and Infrastructure market team Maintain updated project databases and submit regular

territory reports

Provide

technical training

to office and field personnel Classify customers based on project potential and develop targeted

account strategies


Qualifications:



College or university degree

preferred

2-5 years of outside sales experience

in

water/wastewater construction markets

Strong understanding of

value-based selling

methodology Excellent

mechanical aptitude

and technical communication skills

Self-motivated

team player with strong organizational abilities Comfortable with

travel (25%)

for territory coverage Professional demeanor with consultants, contractors, and

municipal clients


Salary

:

$75 - 90k (based on experience) + (car, uncapped commission & bonus)
