The work:
Accenture s Cloud First Infrastructure Engineering professionals partner with our clients to advise, create, and deploy end-to-end infrastructure transformation solutions, enabling business innovation. These solutions are the backbone of driving IT-enabled differentiation. IE professionals are grounded in New-IT with an expertise in one or more of our core practice areas: Digital Workplace, Network Technology, Service Management, Hybrid Cloud, Public Cloud, and traditional Data Center.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all technical aspects of Operations Bridge Suite of products as below:

OBM Windows platform

OMI Policy , CI types

SiteScope Create monitors

UCMDB Data consolidation, CI Types

Connectors Agent policies and troubleshooting internal events

Gateways Certificate updates, Data flow and integration

DPS servers Data collection/processing flow

BVD CDF , Linux background

Update and maintain all products from Microfocus used in our platform (Upgrade, Vulnerability remediation, Tunning, Cleanup)

Monitor and oversee overall platform health.

Take lead on any new initiatives that require OMi or BVD dashboard development.

Represent Monitoring team on technical discussions with vendors or internal teams to explain and walkthrough how platform works and how integration is configured.

Qualifications

WHO WE RE LOOKING FOR

• Expert knowledge on Microfocus Tools (Operations Bridge Manager) 5 years of experience on the following tool.

• OBM
• OMI
• SiteScope
• UCMDB
• Connectors and Policies
• BVD
• Working knowledge on Linux and containers 3 years of experience
• Working knowledge of powershell scripting with SQL queries 3 to 5 years of experience
• General knowledge on monitoring principals such as REST API calls, SCOM, PING monitoring, File monitoring, Events, Incidents and Web Transactions 5 years of experience
• General knowledge of Azure cloud 1 to 2 years of experience.
• Professional communication skills.

Professional Skills Qualifications:

• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• Proven ability to work creatively in a problem-solving environment.
• Desire to work in an information systems environment.
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in professional setting; either military or civilian.
