Job Description

Information Technology - Support Specialist Join a forward-thinking school district that empowers students to become confident, lifelong learners. As we continue to provide reliable and impactful technology services and solutions to our students and staff, we are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team.You are customer-service-oriented, have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping others succeed in a technology-rich environment.Working with your IT department colleagues, you will be part of a team that provides advanced levels of support of IT Infrastructure, Operations, Networks, Security and End-User computing environments.You will support team members as well as users with their information technology needs through design, deployment, support and improvement of technology systems and security procedures.Your qualifications include a high school diploma, 2+ years post-secondary education in a computer-related field, 3+ years of experience supporting a range of IT systems in a Microsoft-based network, and strong organizational and communication skills.You have a valid BC Driver's license.Assignment : Full time, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.
