This is a contract position until February 2027



Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (Hybrid)



(1-hour lunch: 30 minutes paid, 30 minutes unpaid

What your day to day will look like:




Work closely with the IT team & MSP to ensure that all users receive appropriate service and support, escalating as required Escalate any concerns or issues with service providers as required Basic network troubleshooting; DHCP, DNS, PING, FTP, VPN Investigate and troubleshoot any issues that arise related to Laptops, Desktops, cell phones, tablets, telephone/conference systems, printers/scanners/fax machines or internet providers Aid organizations users by understanding the issue and its cause, explaining the problem to the user in a clear and helpful manner Basic knowledge of ADUC, pertaining to new account creation, disabling accounts password MGMT Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding of all users; requesting set up/termination with the internal team & MSP Conduct the set up and change over of all mobile devices Conduct training with users on all technology solutions as required.

What you'll need to succeed:




Post Secondary Education in Information Technology or a related discipline (preferred) Experience managing mobile devices, networks, and VoIP systems (8x8 experience considered an asset) Must have minimum 2 years experience in a helpdesk role with an IT focus Good technical knowledge of the following Microsoft suite; Windows 10,11, 365, SharePoint, OneDrive & MS Teams Exceptional problem-solving abilities with minimal supervision Excellent time management skills, ensuring that requests are responded to in a timely manner to service issues and requests, offering exceptional customer service Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, coupled with great interpersonal skills

Our interview process:




20 minute preliminary phone interview with our Recruiter 20-40 minute assessment (depending on optional practice questions or breaks) 30 minute MS Teams video interview with Hiring Manager and direct Supervisor
