Enova is a local distribution utility that serves 160,000 residents and businesses in the City of Kitchener, the City of Waterloo, the Township of Wellesley, the Township of Wilmot and the Township of Woolwich.Working in Enova IT
The Enova IT department supports 300+ staff, two office locations as well as several other physical locations across the Waterloo Region Grid. Working in this role will give you unique exposure to IoT, on premise data centres, self-managed fibre infrastructure as well as cloud. Note that this role has the possibility of being extended up to a 12-month coop term.Key Responsibilities
- General end user support for break/fix and change requests
- Participating in the end user device life cycle (laptops, cell phones, etc.)
- Assisting with project-based work including merger integration tasks
As you progress in role you will also have opportunities to:
- Participate directly in major projects
- Try out new technologies
