As an

Information Processing Student

, you will be responsible for the processing of driver trip envelopes and loose documents, by batching and scanning documents into correct load numbers, processing images from the herd2go, driver expense reimbursement, processing carrier invoices and paperwork, responding to POD requests, proof of delivery retrieval, and communicating with Fleets regarding missing paperwork.

Specific Responsibilities include:

Process trip envelopes/loose documents. Process all pending picture uploads of POD/BOLs sent in by drivers. Ensure correct load numbers have been assigned. Process all carrier invoices and paperwork from shared inboxes. Reimburse drivers who submit receipts for on the road expenses. Answer driver calls about their expenses. Answer emails sent to a group email. Respond to all proof of delivery requests. Audit missing paperwork and communicate with Fleet to obtain.

Our Ideal Candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a post-secondary education. Office or administrative work experience considered an asset. Professional work ethic and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Strong attention to detail. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Organized and capable of performing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficient computer skills, including experience working with MS Office Suite.

This position requires full-time (Monday to Friday) availability in the summer, part-time while in school.
