McMillan has a 6-month contract opportunity as an

Information Governance Assistant

for the Information Governance Department in Montreal.



It is important to note that this role has a requirement to work onsite in the Montreal office at all times.


What You'll Do





Under general direction from the Manager, you will assist with the review of legal materials, prepare and scan required files into our electronic document management system, identify and list original documents for offsite storage, and dispose of physical files as instructed.



Additional Responsibilities:


Provide weekly progress updates to Supervisor, Information Governance Other duties as assigned

What You Bring




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - written and verbal. Strong attention to detail Familiar with Microsoft products and use of scanner Ability to perform routine work and manage records boxes weighing up to 40 lbs. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize. Ability to produce a consistent, timely and accurate work product. Ability to work independently with remote supervision; and work within greater national team structure.
