will provide essential technical support to enhance CACD's digital operations while supporting the delivery of robotics and digital literacy workshops for youth. The successful candidate will apply their knowledge of IT systems and emerging technologies to strengthen internal efficiency, engage young people in hands-on learning, and contribute to impactful community programming.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Internal IT & Google Workspace Support
Maintain and optimize CACD's Google Workspace infrastructure
Organize Google Drive folders with appropriate access controls
Implement security measures such as 2-Factor Authentication for all accounts
Create basic automation tools using Google Apps Script for registration, tracking, and communications
Develop simple dashboards in Looker Studio to report on programme metrics
Provide tech support to staff and volunteers using Google Docs, Forms, Sheets, and Meet
Assist with digital onboarding and offboarding of CACD team members
Optional: Assist in creating a Google Site to serve as an internal resource hub
B. Robotics & Digital Literacy Programming
Plan and support the delivery of basic robotics and STEM-based workshops for middle and high school youth
Use beginner-friendly kits and platforms such as micro: bit, LEGO Spike, or Arduino
Teach core concepts in digital literacy, coding, and engineering
Support youth in developing problem-solving, creativity, and teamwork skills
Help ensure a safe, inclusive, and interactive learning environment for all participants
Maintain workshop materials and coordinate logistics
C. Administration & Reporting
Record attendance, engagement levels, and feedback from sessions
Support internal documentation and end-of-programme evaluation
Assist in compiling reports and visual data presentations for stakeholders and funders
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Forms, Meet)
Familiarity with robotics and digital education tools (micro: bit, Arduino, etc.)
Strong interest in working with youth and promoting STEM learning
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Able to explain technical concepts in simple and engaging ways
A passion for community service, equity, and youth development
