Are you an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) professional with strong expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ and a passion for strengthening governance, compliance, and security controls? This role presents an exciting opportunity to support continuous improvement within a large-scale enterprise environment while contributing to key compliance, reporting, and risk management initiatives.
Working with one of our top clients, this position calls for an Info Security Analyst - SailPoint IdentityIQ who will support enhancements, compliance efforts, and reporting activities within the Identity & Access Lifecycle Services team. The ideal candidate will bring deep IAM knowledge, hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology groups to drive secure and compliant access governance.
Responsibilities:

• Support Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Apply strong IAM knowledge to provide guidance on identity and access governance concepts, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to coordinate deliverables, resolve issues, and support successful outcomes.
• Contribute to the development and optimization of compliance reporting that supports risk management and business objectives.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, driving enhancements within IAM and compliance activities.
• Support IT audit and compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Assist with enhancements and technical improvements within SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Participate in cross-functional discussions to align strategies, objectives, and execution approaches.

Desired Skill Set:

• 5+ years of strong Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience.
• 3+ years in IT compliance, ensuring alignment with regulatory and organizational standards.
• 3+ years of IT audit experience supporting security, compliance, or governance initiatives.
• 3+ years of development or technical experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• 3+ years of experience implementing and managing robust information security practices.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with Workday.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow.
• Understanding of infrastructure layer access controls.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI for reporting and visualization.
• Demonstrated ability to proactively identify process improvement opportunities.
