, you'll be the architect and executor of our influencer growth engine. From identifying new creators to managing budget and performance, you will oversee the full funnel--turning top influencers into long-term brand ambassadors. You'll work cross-functionally with our
E-Commerce Manager
and
in-house Content Creator
to ensure campaigns are aligned, scalable, and brand-consistent.
Key Responsibilities
1. Influencer Discovery & Outreach
Research and recruit influencers aligned with our brand voice and goals across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Manage influencer communications, from pitch to onboarding and brief delivery.
Maintain a living roster of talent and relationships with past, present, and prospective partners.
2. Content Strategy & Messaging Coordination
Collaborate with our
in-house Content Creator
to define content themes, tone, and campaign angles.
Ensure influencers are well-briefed on brand messaging, creative formats, and visual guidelines.
Create unified storytelling between brand, in-house, and influencer-generated content.
3. Budget Management & Cost Structure Setup
Work closely with the
E-Commerce Manager
to manage and optimize the influencer marketing budget.
Co-develop pricing models including flat fees, tiered commissions, gifting, and performance-based incentives.
Track cost efficiency against performance KPIs and make data-driven adjustments.
Structure scalable outreach and activation workflows to onboard new creators regularly.
5. Performance Analytics & Optimization
Define and monitor success metrics (reach, conversions, ROAS, engagement).
Filter and spotlight high-performing influencers for deeper investment.
Regularly report performance insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
6. Brand Ambassador Program Leadership
Transition high-performing influencers into brand ambassadors with exclusive partnerships.
Build ambassador playbooks and kits for consistent output and elevated brand alignment.
Foster long-term, authentic relationships that go beyond single campaigns.

Ideal Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in influencer, creator, or affiliate marketing.
Familiarity with influencer platforms and negotiation best practices.
Strong understanding of creator economies, trends, and social media algorithms.
Data-first mindset with comfort in tools like Meta/Tik Tok Analytics, UTM tracking, etc.
Excellent communicator with a flair for brand voice and storytelling.
Bonus: Hands-on experience with platforms like Upfluence, Modash ,or similar.
