Infant/Toddler Early Childhood Educator

Qualifications
Infant/Toddler Early Childhood Education Certificate
Experience working with children in a Montessori classroom setting is essential
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
Proficiency in computer operation and basic computer skills for maintaining records and communication.
Excellent organizational skills to manage classroom activities and resources efficiently.
Demonstrated leadership qualities to guide children positively through their learning journey.

Responsibilities
Support the Montessori Lead Teacher and oversee age-appropriate activities for toddler (18 - 36 months) in a carefully prepared environment
Observe and assess children's development and adapt strategies to meet individual needs
Foster a positive, safe, and engaging environment that promotes curiosity, independence, and emotional well-being
Communicate effectively with families regarding children's progress and classroom activities
Maintain accurate records including attendance, assessments, and individualized learning plans
Collaborate with team to create an inclusive, supportive learning environment
Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to the growth of the Montessori program
