Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to lead our team in providing exceptional support and education to individuals with disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a strong background in early childhood education. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with educational standards, and fostering a positive learning environment.

Duties

Supervise and mentor staff members to enhance their professional development and performance. Develop and implement educational programs tailored to the needs of children with disabilities. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to create individualized support plans. Conduct regular assessments of student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly. Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and growth. Provide training and support for staff on best practices in teaching and caregiving for children with disabilities. Facilitate communication between staff, families, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support for each child.

Experience

3 years experience in early childhood education or related field is essential. Classroom experience is highly desirable, particularly in settings that include children with disabilities. Background in teaching or caregiving, demonstrating the ability to engage effectively with children. Develop and implement childcare programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional and social development of children. Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people.
