Leap Forward Childcare is searching for a Team Lead for our Infant Toddler Program! This position requires a BC ECE or ECEIT certificate and excellent leadership, program planning, time management and communication skills. Experience in a similar role and the ability to communicate in the English language (both oral and written) at an advanced level is required.
The center is located at Peatt Rd and Goldstream Ave in the heart of Langford BC. All our children enjoy weekly music, dance and sing-along classes, stroller walks to the neighborhood park and access to an on-site BEAUTIFUL dance studio, well-organized classrooms, and the outside playground rain or shine! Our days are busy and exciting! We have a structured yet flexible daily schedule. Programming is guided by the interests of the children and educators supporting a "learn through play" philosophy.
We are fairly "old school" and we don't use fancy apps or tablets, cameras etc. We LOVE being creative and make beautiful scrapbooks for each child, filled with pictures and artwork of their time at Leap Forward. Educator's are encouraged to have FUN!
