We are a well-established Montessori school that has been operating since 1998. After years of providing quality early childhood education, we are excited to open a brand new, licensed facility! Our new space features spacious classrooms, ample outdoor areas, and a child-centered environment where young learners can thrive. With a focus on following each child's individual needs, interests, and developmental pace, we are looking for passionate, experienced, and dedicated Infant Toddler Montessori Educators to join our growing team.

Position Overview:


As an Infant Toddler Montessori Educator, you will be part of a collaborative team that provides a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for children. You will support infants and toddlers through their early learning experiences, ensuring that each child feels safe, respected, and empowered to learn at their own pace.

Key Responsibilities:



Create a peaceful, safe, and nurturing environment that aligns with Montessori principles. Follow the Montessori philosophy of child-led learning, fostering independence and self-discovery. Guide children through daily routines, balancing structure with opportunities for independence. Foster emotional, social, and cognitive development through thoughtful interactions and planned activities. Develop individualized learning experiences based on each child's interests and developmental needs. Regularly document children's progress and share observations with parents. Collaborate with fellow educators to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment. Maintain a clean, organized classroom that reflects Montessori principles and materials. Communicate regularly with parents to keep them updated on their child's development.

Qualifications:



Infant Toddler Certification

(required). Previous experience in Early Childhood Education (ECE), particularly with infants and toddlers. Knowledge of Montessori philosophy and principles. Montessori training is not mandatory, but a passion for the Montessori approach and a desire to learn is essential. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. A nurturing, patient, and compassionate approach to working with young children. Strong organizational and communication skills. First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$34.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
