We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in the development of children aged 3 to 5 years, helping them build foundational skills that will prepare them for their educational journey.

Duties

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote early learning and development. Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment for all children. Assess and monitor children's progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities. Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational experience. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and progress reports. Encourage social interaction and teamwork among students through group activities. Provide support for children with special needs or disabilities, ensuring an inclusive atmosphere. Utilize computer skills for lesson planning, record keeping, and communication.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Experience working with children in a preschool or childcare setting is essential. Bilingual skills in English and French are highly desirable. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities. Leadership qualities to guide students effectively. Familiarity with special education practices is an advantage. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and engage positively with families.
