Job Description
Kids' Campus Child Care Centre is hiring 2 Early Child Care Assistants for our infant room at our Viola Desmond location.
The position is for full - time employment 40 hours per hours . The shift for the position can vary from 6:45 am to 6:00 pm based on the needs of the program.
Benefits will start upon completion of a 6 month probationary period and will consist of:

Requirements:
Acknowledges and responds to the needs of each child
Assist the Registered Early Childhood Educator in planning and implementing a program that follows the lead of the children and creates an inclusive and stimulating environment to encourage each child to explore and learn on various topics of interest.
Maintains open and regular communication with co-workers
Ability to communicate verbally and written
Demonstrates skills working as a team player
Maintain confidentiality at all times
Attend and participate in all program /centre meetings and events as required
Qualifications:
Valid Certificate for CPR and Standard First Aid
Up to date immunizations including 2 step TB (Tuberculosis) test.
Criminal background check including vulnerable sector
Early Childhood Education Assistant diploma or Knowledge of the Child Care and Early Years act is considered an asset
