Growing Minds Child Care Centre

is actively seeking a loving and creative ECE II or III to join our team as an Infant Program Supervisor at our Niverville Heritage Location. This is full time 18 month term position Applicants must have a strong understanding of Emergent Curriculum and be confident in their leadership skills If you enjoy working with infants and toddlers, enjoy planning an exciting curriculum and mentoring others, this is the position for you.

Responsibilities and Duties

-Mentoring a group of staff with programming, in the moment guidance

-New Staff Orientations

-Enrolling infants

-Communicating with Parents and Staff

-Answering waitlist call/emails

-and much more

Qualifications and Skills

An ECE II or III Classification

-Minimum 1 year experience in a Supervisory position

-A current First Aid and CPR Certificate (Emergency Level C)

-Subject to a Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse Registry Check

-Skills in positive behavior management

-Knowledge, passion and a willingness to implement a play based and Reggio Inspired Program

-Love for children of all ages

Pay: $27.56-$29.41 per hour
