Big Dreams Learning Center is seeking a qualified, dedicated, and nurturing
Infant & Toddler Educator
to join our early childhood team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, supportive, and developmentally appropriate environment for children aged0-36 months
, in accordance with licensing requirements and best practices in early learning.Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities following early learning frameworks Support infants' and toddlers' physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment Observe document, and share children's development with families Follow daily routines including
feeding, diapering, naps,
and transitions Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members Follow licensing regulations, health, and safety policiesRequired Qualifications:
Infant & Toddler Early Childhood Education Certificate
ValidECE License/Registration
ValidFirst Aid with CPR
Criminal Record Check Experience working with infants and toddlers (preferred) immunization up to dateProfessional Skills & Attributes:
Caring, patient, and dependable Strong communication and teamwork skills Professional judgment and ethical practice Commitment to continuous learning and child-centered care
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
