Vous developperez et mettrez en oeuvre des strategies et des plans de vente pour satisfaire, ou mieux encore, depasser les objectifs de vente annuels et accroitre notre part de marche. Vous travaillerez au Quebec, au Canada, et vous releverez directement du directeur regional des ventes, Biens de consommation.


Responsabilites (ce que vous ferez) :



Devenez l'expert dont vos clients ont besoin.

Comprenez leur secteur d'activite (applications, normes/reglementations, facteurs cles et tendances), leur propre organisation et la facon dont ils font les choses, ce qu'ils veulent accomplir et comment nos offres et nos capacites en tant que partenaires les aideront a atteindre ces objectifs

Gerez-la

, la etant la strategie pour faire croitre vos comptes et pour parler a votre equipe elargie de vos plans afin qu'elle puisse vous soutenir

Devenez un conseiller de confiance.

Vous comprendrez si bien leurs processus, leurs plans et leur modele d'organisation que vous pourrez leur apporter des connaissances sur les applications, une expertise sectorielle et des conseils sur leurs projets.

Influencez les decisions.

Vous examinerez les opportunites commerciales, impliquerez les ressources et coordonnerez la conception et la presentation de la solution afin que le client choisisse notre solution pour toutes les bonnes raisons

Collaborez.

Vous travaillerez avec les responsables du secteur et votre equipe de comptes elargie, la haute direction et une equipe d'engagement technique (experts du domaine) pour planifier et beneficier d'opportunites.

Regardez vers l'avenir.

Nous avons la plateforme, le systeme Dynamics Customer Relationship Management et les processus pour maintenir des evaluations precises des objectifs et des occasions dans l'entonnoir

Negociez.

Vous travaillerez avec vos collegues de l'equipe des contrats et des negociations afin d'offrir les meilleures modalites contractuelles (CGU), les meilleurs prix, reductions et indemnites, et afin d'obtenir des accords et des prix pour appuyer la proposition.

Gerez.

Cela comprend les examens des comptes clients/internes et les attentes des partenaires internes/externes

Vos qualifications :

Cinq ans d'experience en automatisation industrielle Cinq ans d'experience en vente technique, en distribution industrielle, en integration de systemes ou dans une firme d'ingenierie, ou etre detenteur d'un diplome du programme de formation en vente Rockwell Automation Experience appliquee dans un ou plusieurs domaines lies a la vente de solutions de commande/d'information dans nos secteurs cibles, ou au soutien de celles-ci, et experience en ingenierie de production/des processus, experience des operations de fabrication ou travail similaire, soit au sein de l'organisation Rockwell Automation ou dans un secteur similaire Vente aux niveaux de la direction et de la haute direction et valorisation des produits et services de Rockwell Automation d'une maniere qui demontre une valeur economique tangible. Experience des logiciels industriels

You will develop and implement sales strategies and plans to meet, or better yet, exceed annual sales goals and grow our market share. It is your executive-level decision makers to make the difference. You will be based in Quebec, Canada and you will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager, Consumer Goods.


Responsibilities - What you will do:



Become the expert your customers need.

Understand their industry (applications, standards/regulations, drivers & trends), their own organization and how things get done, what they want to accomplish and how our offerings and partner capabilities will help them achieve those goals

Manage it.

It being the strategy for growing your accounts, and talking to your extended team about your plans so they can support you

Develop into a trusted advisor.

You will understand their processes, plans and organisation model so well that you can offer application knowledge, industry expertise and guidance on their projects

Influence decisions.

You'll qualify customer opportunities, engage resources, and coordinate the solution design and presentation so the customer chooses our solution for all the right reasons

Collaborate.

You'll work with Industry Managers and your broader account team, senior management and a technical engagement team (domain experts) to plan for and win opportunities

Look ahead.

We have the platform, Dynamics Customer Relationship Management system, and the processes to maintain accurate assessments of targets and opportunities in the funnel

Negotiate.

You'll team with your colleagues in Contracts and Negotiations to offer the best contract terms and conditions (T&Cs), pricing, discounts and allowances, and obtain agreements and prices to support the proposal effort

Manage.

That includes customer/internal account reviews, and internal/external partner expectations

Qualifications - You Will Have:



Bachelor's degree or relevant years' experience Bilingual: French & English Ability to travel 30% of time. Valid Drivers' License Legal authorization to work in Canada is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:



Typically requires 5 years' experience in industrial automation Typically requires 5 years' experience in technical sales, industrial distribution, systems integration or an engineering firm, or graduate of the Rockwell Automation Sales Training Program. Applied experience in one or more areas related to selling control/information solutions into our target industries, or supporting same, and production/process engineering experience, manufacturing operations experience or similar work, either from within the Rockwell Automation organization or in similar industry Sell at the senior management & executive levels and convey Rockwell Automation's products & services in a manner which demonstrate tangible economic value. Industrial software experience
