The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced

Sewing Machine Operator

to join our production studio. The ideal candidate has a minimum of

3 years of professional experience

in apparel manufacturing and a keen eye for detail. You'll work alongside a small, dedicated team in a calm, focused studio environment where craftsmanship and consistency are valued.

Responsibilities

Operate

single-needle

and

serger (overlock)

machines with precision and efficiency Sew a range of garment types, from wovens to knits, ensuring consistency and quality Follow technical packages and production instructions accurately Inspect seams, finishes, and overall construction for quality control Maintain a clean, organized workspace and equipment Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily goals

Requirements

Minimum

3 years of experience

as a production sewing machine operator Proficient with

industrial single-needle

and

serger (overlock)

machines Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to manage time effectively and maintain consistency across multiple units Positive, reliable, and proactive work ethic
