Job Summary

To sustain rapid growth, SEI Industries is committed to increasing our production capacity to meet customer requests. The sewer will be responsible for assembling products by operating industrial sewing machines.

Responsibilities

Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble and sew components according to specifications. Read and interpret patterns, technical drawings, and work instructions. Ensure quality standards are met by inspecting materials and finished products. Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues as needed. Collaborate with the team to meet production schedules and deadlines. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow company safety guidelines and procedures. Other tasks and duties as required by supervisor.

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. 1+ years of industrial sewing experience. Experience with heavy fabrics, technical textiles, or industrial materials is an asset. Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high accuracy. Basic understanding of sewing machine maintenance. Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.
