Cette personne sera responsable de l'execution de la strategie de valeur complete de Stanley Black & Decker en partenariat avec des partenaires de distribution cles. L'objectif principal est de former des partenariats strategiques avec les professionnels de la vente et la direction sur le terrain du distributeur afin de fournir des solutions sur les chantiers aux utilisateurs finaux, axees sur les outils electriques et les outils a main. Les activites quotidiennes comprennent des visites de vente dans les locaux des partenaires de distribution, des visites de vente conjointes aupres des utilisateurs finaux, la mise en valeur des produits dans les succursales pour soutenir la vente, et la promotion de la notoriete des nouveaux produits. La mise en oeuvre, la communication et l'execution des strategies fournies par les directeurs principaux de territoire seront la cle du succes !
RESPONSABILITES PRINCIPALES :Etablir des relations avec les partenaires de distribution assignes, en soutenant les representants des ventes internes et externes Assumer la responsabilite du territoire et stimuler la croissance des ventes sur le marche desservi Promouvoir la marque DEWALT grace a des sessions de formation sur les produits, des evenements locaux de distribution et des initiatives d'entreprise Developper, planifier et executer des plans de vente et de conversion efficaces Planifier et organiser sa propre strategie de vente en maximisant le retour sur investissement pour le territoire Developpement de nouvelles affaires dans la region assignee Gestion du budget, communication, suivi, rapports de visite

CRITERES DE SELECTION REQUIS :Diplome d'etudes postsecondaires 2 a 5 ans d'experience en vente avec des realisations et un leadership demontres Volonte de voyager Fortes competences en communication, organisation et relations interpersonnelles Capacite a gerer plusieurs priorites Creativite et competences en reflexion strategique Maitrise des produits Microsoft Office, autres systemes tels que Salesforce et SAP Passion pour l'excellence Experience en vente B2B un atout

This individual will be responsible for executing the complete Stanley Black & Decker value strategy in partnership with key distribution partners. The primary objective is to form strategic partnerships with the distributor's sales professionals and field management to deliver jobsite solutions to End Users focused on power tools and hand tools. Daily activities include sales calls to distribution partner locations, joint end user sales calls, merchandising at branches to support sell through, and drive new product awareness. Implementing, communicating and executing strategies provided by the Senior Territory Managers will be the key to success!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Build relationships with assigned distribution partners, supporting both inside and outside sales representatives Own the territory and drive sales growth in served market Drive the DEWALT brand through product knowledge sessions, local distribution events, and corporate initiatives Develop, plan and execute effective sales and conversion plans Plan and organize personal sales strategy by maximizing the ROI for the territory New business development within assigned region Budget management, communication, follow-up, call-reports

SELECTION STANDARDS REQUIRED:Post-secondary education graduate 2 - 5 years experience in sales with a record of demonstrated achievements and leadership Willingness to travel Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities Creativity and strategic thinking skills Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Products, other systems include Salesforce and SAP Passion for excellence B2B sales experience an asset
