Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented individual to join our paintline team. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, works well with others, and naturally helps keep a team on track. You will be involved in multiple stages of the finishing process, ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards every time.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate sandblasting equipment to prepare parts for finishing. Apply powder coatings with attention to coverage and consistency. Safely operate forklifts and hoists for material handling. Prep parts by grinding, polishing, or cleaning surfaces as needed. Follow all steps in the finishing process to achieve a flawless finish. Help coordinate workflow so each stage of production runs smoothly. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform routine equipment checks and report any maintenance needs.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in industrial painting, sandblasting, or related work is an asset, but we will train the right person. A strong sense of ownership and pride in workmanship. Ability to follow procedures step-by-step for consistent quality. Natural problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team. Physically able to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and standing for extended periods.

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
