Onsite Sign Group is a leading manufacturer of custom signage and large-scale fabrication projects across Western Canada. Our 10,000 sq. ft. facility handles everything from channel letters to pylon structures. We pride ourselves on quality, safety, and craftsmanship.

We are looking for a dedicated

Industrial Painter

to join our growing production team. This role is critical to ensuring our products meet the highest standards of durability, finish, and visual appeal before heading out to our clients.

Responsibilities

Prepare substrates for painting (metal, ACM, etc.) through cleaning, sanding, and masking. Mix and apply industrial coatings, including primers, topcoats, clears, and specialty finishes (e.g., Matthews MAP, epoxy, urethanes). Operate HVLP and airless spray equipment with precision and attention to detail. Read and follow Product Data Sheets (PDS) for mixing ratios and application methods. Perform quality checks to ensure coatings meet thickness, adhesion, and visual standards. Maintain spray booths, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment. Collaborate with the fabrication and assembly teams to meet deadlines and quality standards. Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and respirators.
Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in industrial, automotive, or sign painting. Knowledge of mixing ratios, spray techniques, and surface prep methods. Familiarity with Matthews Paint Systems is an asset but not required--training provided. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced shop environment. Willingness to work overtime or adjusted shifts as required to meet deadlines.
What We Offer

Competitive wage:

$25-$35/hour
