With our workload expanding we are looking for a painter for our Paint shop. The position will be full time with weekends if needed. Experience with airless and pressure pot equipment, applications of Zinc, Epoxy, and urethanes an asset.
Some Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding etc.
Mix and apply paint or other coatings using spray machines, rolling and brushing
Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment to ensure a safe working environment
Maintain Painting equipment and tools in good working condition
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet production goals
Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary touch ups
Ensure proper coverage and finish quality
Familiarity with forklifts and overhead cranes for lifting heavy objects is an asset. We are looking to fill this position with a dependable, hardworking person who wants to learn and grow within our company.
