Come join our expanding TRAXX Coachlines team!

We\xe2\x80\x99re hiring Full-time (term durated) Motor Coach Operators with outstanding customer service to provide safe and comfortable transportation for industrial crews in Fort McMurray and Fort McKay. The project is from December 2, 2023 to the end February 2024 with the possibility of extension or re-assignment to other projects within the communities we serve. Your role will be a part of the company\xe2\x80\x99s expansion and growth through its local subsidiaries.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be a key member of the company\xe2\x80\x99s front-line team. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, previous experience in the motor coach industry, and drivers who support working in a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with company programs and procedures, remaining compliant with provincial and federal regulations, and adhering to corporate and client policies.

This is a fly-in/fly-out assignment with departures from Calgary and Edmonton to the work camp. On-site accommodation & meals, as well as transportation between Calgary or Edmonton and the work camp, are provided.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely transport passengers to/from camp and client worksite, adhering to all safety programs, policies, and practices of both TRAXX and its client
• Address passenger inquiries and concerns in a polite and professional manner
• Keep passengers informed of trip progress and advise of delays if encountered
• Conduct and review pre- and post-trip reports of all vehicular, passenger, and employee accidents/incidents
• Maintain the motor coach in clean and presentable condition
• Maintains trip logs
• Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Class 1 or 2 Commercial Driver\'s License with air brake
• Proof of Clean Driver\'s Abstract (5 years)
• Minimum of 2 years motor coach experience
• Prior experience as an industrial coach driver is an asset
• Knowledgeable about safety, ADA, DMV, and DOT requirements
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

WORK CONDITIONS

• Must be able to work split shifts: 4:30am to 7:30am and 4:30pm to 7:30pm; 14 days in camp and 7 days off
• Must be able to work holidays and weekends, including the week of December 25 \xe2\x80\x93 January 02, 2024
• This is a dry camp. All MCO roles are considered safety-sensitive, and as such Drug and Alcohol Testing is required.
• Strict adherence to camp safety policies is required

JOB TYPE: Full-time, Term Durated

SCHEDULE:

• 14 days on (in camp) and 7 days off
• 8-hour workdays with split shifts (4:30am to 7:30am & 4:30pm to 7:30pm)

WAGE: $32 per hour
