Industrial Millwright

Shift: flexibility to work in day or night and weekends

Ticketed in the Millwright Trade

Minimum 3 years' experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment High aptitude with Mechanical, Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems (Required) Proven track record working with Lathes, Milling Machines and Welding Equipment (ARC, TIG, MIG)
As a Maintenance Millwright, primary responsibilities will include examination, troubleshooting, replacement/repair of a wide variety of mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic components. In addition, provide technical support to our production team during runtime hours to ensure optimal functionality of all production equipment within the facility. Utilizing internal asset management system, daily downtime routine will include preventative, corrective and facility maintenance.

Job Responsibilities:

Read equipment manuals and blueprints to successfully complete installations, troubleshooting and repairs Install, troubleshoot and maintain power transmission, vacuum, hydraulic and pneumatic systems Inspect and examine equipment to identify irregularities and malfunctions Adjust equipment and repair/replace defective components Operate tools such as lathes and milling machines to fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance or set-up of equipment Installation using hand/power tools and welding equipment Complete Work Orders according to PM and CM schedules Comply with all applicable legislative and Bakery food safety, health and safety and environmental policies and procedure. Work in a safe manner in accordance with provincial and internal LOTO policy

Pay: $39.00-$47.70 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
