We are seeking a

433-A licensed Millwright

with

4+ years' experience

working in a manufacturing or other industrial plant, with a strong background in

pipe fitting, pipe threading, and boiler/steam system maintenance

. The primary responsibilities of this position will include installing, maintaining, and repairing

boilers, steam piping, pumps, grinders, fans, and ventilation units

, as well as troubleshooting technical issues and improving performance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with

steam systems, pressure vessels, and piping networks

, ensuring their safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain

boilers, steam pipes, pumps, tanks, conveyors, and ventilation systems

. Perform pipe fitting, threading, and welding as required for repairs and modifications. Conduct inspections, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting of

steam and mechanical systems

. Ensure proper operation of pressure vessels and compliance with safety regulations. Work with blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to complete installations and repairs. Utilize hoisting and lifting equipment such as cranes and forklifts. Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and work orders using computerized maintenance management systems. Collaborate with supervisors and other departments to prioritize and complete work orders in a timely manner. Assist in future planning to meet department goals and improve operational efficiency. Adhere to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards and company SOPs.
Education and Qualifications:

433-A Millwright License, Red Seal endorsement, or equivalent trade certification.

Minimum

4 years of industrial maintenance experience

with expertise in

boiler and steam system repairs

. Completion of secondary school and AED certificate trade school.
Skills and Experience:

Strong knowledge of

steam systems, pipe fitting, and pressure vessel maintenance

. Proficiency in

reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics

. Experience working with

high-pressure steam and industrial piping systems

. Capable of troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with boilers, pumps, and mechanical systems. Familiarity with hoisting, rigging, and lifting equipment. Skilled in welding, cutting, and fabricating piping components. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to recommend effective process improvements. Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to document work orders. Ability to communicate effectively both
