Position: Industrial Mechanic Team Lead
Location: Montreal East
Shift: Evening

We are looking for a Team Lead for our client located in the east end of Montreal. Hiring criteria required: - Must have a DEP in industrial mechanics
- 5 years of experience in industrial mechanics
- Experience in team supervisionResponsibilities:

- Repair, maintain and check fixed machinery
- Plan and distribute tasks to be performed, with the help of the Supervisor
- Coordinate, assign and supervise the work of employees under his/her responsibility
- Organize and participate in preventive and corrective shutdowns
- Analyze problems that arise in the department and find appropriate solutions
- Manage current and future parts supply needs in collaboration with the management and supply team
- Develop the skills of his/her team on an ongoing basis
- Take the necessary steps to maintain the good performance of the personnel
- Ensure that employees under his/her responsibility and/or any other employees strictly follow health and safety policies and proceduresBenefits:
