We are currently looking for an Industrial Mechanic to join our maintenance team. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and safety of the equipment essential to our manufacturing operations.

What You'll Do

Repair and maintain a variety of industrial equipment, including conveyors, CNC machines, hydraulic tables, pneumatic tools, pallet jacks, and automated systems. Perform welding and manual machining work for equipment repairs or modifications. Install, optimize, and modify plant equipment to improve operational efficiency and performance. Inspect machinery, perform accurate diagnostics, and identify causes of failures to carry out corrective repairs. Respond promptly to mechanical breakdowns to minimize production downtime. Operate automated machinery as needed to support operations. Actively contribute to a safe work environment by following all health and safety standards and procedures.

Requirements

Diploma in Industrial Mechanics or equivalent training. Minimum 3 years of experience maintaining industrial equipment. Basic electrical knowledge (an asset). Availability to work overtime as needed. Ability to travel between our two plants (Mirabel and Saint-Jerome).
