OTI Lumionics is developing advanced materials--by design--using quantum simulations, machine learning and real-world testing in pilot production. We are currently focused on key enabling materials for OLED displays that will be used in next-generation consumer electronics and automotive. Our advanced electrode materials, and associated manufacturing technology, are being used to build transparent displays and lighting. We work closely with our partners and customers to design new materials that are mass-production ready. Using our computational Materials Discovery Platform, we are able to rapidly iterate new materials, allowing fast turn around time to meet our customers' needs.

Primary Responsibilities
OTI is looking for a skilled and reliable Industrial Maintenance Electrician to join the team. This hands-on role is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment in a fast-paced industrial environment. The ideal candidate brings solid technical knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and uptime.Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems including motors, control panels, power distribution, PLCs, sensors, and conveyors
Troubleshoot electrical issues using schematics, wiring diagrams, and testing equipment
Perform PM to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
Support electrical upgrades, modifications, and installations for new and existing production equipment
Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve equipment issues quickly and effectively
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local electrical codes, company safety policies, and OSHA regulations
Maintain accurate documentation for repairs, installations, inspections, and preventive maintenance tasks
Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Must have the ability to work all shifts (e.g. morning and evening shifts, weekend shifts, and holiday shifts)
Ensure compliance with environmental policies, procedures, and objectives, and actively participate in the identification and reduction of environmental impacts related to the role
Adhere to health and safety protocols, report hazards, and contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all employees
ProfileHigh school diploma or GED required
3-5 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
Must be hold the 309A or 442A License
Required SkillsStrong understanding of electrical theory, NEC codes, and safe work practices
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
Good computer skills, including MS Office
Strong technical problems-solving skills
