Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Industrial & Farm Clutch Rebuilder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly, disassembly, and rebuilding of clutches used in various industrial and agricultural applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and the ability to read blueprints and schematics, ensuring that all rebuilds meet quality standards and specifications.

Duties

Disassemble and inspect clutches for wear and damage, determining necessary repairs or replacements. Rebuild clutches using hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment while adhering to safety protocols. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate assembly of components. Utilize calipers and other measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances of parts. Operate forklifts to transport materials within the warehouse as needed. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements

Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in manufacturing or similar environments. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment. Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus. Experience reading blueprints and schematics is essential for this role. Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills. Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
