As an Estimator, you are responsible for preparing cost estimates for industrial projects. You work closely with pre-construction teams, project directors, and clients to ensure the accuracy of estimates and the success of projects.
What you will do



Prepare budgetary and detailed cost estimates for industrial projects according to client requirements. Analyze project plans and specifications to determine requirements. Collaborate with pre-construction teams and project directors to obtain accurate information. Communicate with clients and partners to clarify needs and expectations. Participate in pre-construction meetings and provide advice on costs and budgets. Monitor market trends and adjust estimates accordingly. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.



This role could be for you if you have



Degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field. Knowledge of estimation software and project management tools. Experience with Windows Excel and 3D model consultation tool. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
