As an

Industrial Engineer

, you'll be involved in developing analytical tools, collaborating with various stakeholders, and applying best engineering practices to support ongoing improvement projects. You'll also be responsible for recommending and implementing projects of varying complexity aimed at reducing costs, supporting production, facilitating the introduction of new products, and ensuring health and safety.

In your day-to-day, you will:






Maintain, create, and improve performance indicators to drive concrete actions; Meet with various suppliers to identify and implement improvement solutions for different material resources; Participate in process and equipment improvement projects and lead improvement workshops (SMED, Kaizen, 6-S...); Diagnose manufacturing, layout, or process issues and identify improvement solutions in collaboration with key stakeholders; Conduct analyses related to manufacturing processes (technological monitoring of industrial trends, RSI/ROI, machine capacity, process variation, OEE, etc.); Lead reliability, health and safety, and production cell layout projects, including analysis, installation, validation testing, start-up, and follow-up to ensure the achievement of company objectives.

You're the person we're looking for if you have:




A bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Automated Production Engineering; Around 2 years of relevant experience; Solid knowledge of best practices in industrial engineering; Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Power BI is an asset; Experience with an ERP system, an asset; Strong oral and written communication skills in both French and English (communication with English-speaking suppliers); Lean Six Sigma certifications (Green Belt, Black Belt), an asset; Experience with AutoCAD, an asset; OIQ membership, an asset; A strong sense of autonomy, initiative, and rigor.
