We currently have an opening for an Engineer In Training on a full-time permanent basis. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Engineer In Training (EIT) will be responsible for a range of duties including but not limited to the following:

Responsibilities



Control, develop and produce prints, plans, drawings for modifications/enhancements to existing products and new designs. Develop component parts for new products as directed. Design new project parts, fixtures and/or gauges required for new or modified products. Confer with stakeholders to develop product enhancement ideas. Perform, control and approve various tolerance analyses for new products, modifications, etc. Improve, control and analyze drawings of parts and components to obtain dimensional and tolerance information. Evaluate and ensure the proper interface and/or operation of all components. Support document control and ensure traceability in compliance with quality and regulatory requirements Work with manufacturing Engineers to support production developments/improvements. Support implementation of new technologies, automation tools, and process innovations. Part print control, which includes initiate and conclude EPCR process. Receiver of new product specifications data and/or changed product specification data. Gauge and fixture design. Perform tolerance studies. Diagnose tolerance or interface problems encountered in the new/current products and manufacturing process for new/current designs.

Qualifications



Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or in pursuit of. 2-3 years of manufacturing/Industrial engineering experience Proficient in SolidWorks GD&T basic knowledge Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and Industrial engineering methods Ability to work collaboratively with operations teams in fast-paced environments You must be able to obtain a Possession and Acquisition License.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$63,000.00 per year
