Maintenance Technician

, you'll play a critical role in keeping our facility and equipment operating smoothly and efficiently, ensuring we meet the highest standards in quality and food safety.

What You'll Be Doing:

Performing

preventive maintenance

to minimize downtime and ensure safety and compliance

Troubleshooting and repairing

electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures Assembling, testing, and maintaining electronic and mechanical components Using power and hand tools, diagnostic devices, and good old-fashioned know-how Supporting continuous improvement and offering smart, practical recommendations Helping your team meet and exceed SQF, HACCP, and WorkSafeBC standards

What You Bring to the Table:

Red Seal Electrician A sharp eye for problems -- and the drive to solve them Solid knowledge of production equipment and production processes Ability to handle physical work: bending, twisting, and working in a refrigerated environment (~2C) Team spirit, communication skills, and a passion for doing things the right way Eagerness to learn and grow through training in Food Safety, HACCP, GMP, and more
