What You'll Be Doing:
Repair, install, maintain, and test industrial electrical equipment and electronic controls.
Install, calibrate, and maintain Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) for manufacturing equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions in the plant.
Develop and conduct preventative maintenance programs and maintain records.
Test electrical equipment for safety and efficiency.
Inspect circuits and wiring for proper shielding and grounding.
Prepare purchase orders or requisitions for electrical components.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and Johnson Electric policies.
What We're Looking For:
Electrical/Electronic trade certification.
2-3 years of manufacturing experience (automotive preferred).
Experience with PLC systems is essential.
Knowledge of pneumatics, metal stamping presses, grinding, and heat treatment processes.
Independent, self-motivated troubleshooter and problem solver.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Powder metal experience with presses, grinding, and sintering.
Ability to work in challenging environments and adapt to physical demands.
